It is official and confirmed by the Tottenham management  that former Manchester United tactician Jose Mourinho is the new head coach at the London based club.

The Special One takes on Spurs some few hours after the club sacked Pochettino even after registering remarkable results in the champions league last season.

It has been obvious that Tottenham were thinking of making a change at the end of the international break, with Spurs struggling in 14th position after 12 league matches.

“I am excited to be joining a club with such great heritage and such passionate supporters,” Mourinho said in a statement.

The Portuguese will now be in charge of Spurs until the end of 2022/2023 EPL season.

According to Mourinho, the quality of players in the club’s academy and the senior squad is what has attracted him to the club, and he promises to do all within his ability to maintain the club’s dignity.

Mourinho was fired by premier league rivals Manchester United late December but the former Chelsea manager is back at Spurs with his big test being bringing back Spurs to their winning ways.

The 56-year old managed to secure three premier league titles as head  at London based club,Chelsea. It is now a matter of wait and see what he is gonna pull out from his comeback.

Let’s roll the wheel, because the premier league is going to be interesting than before.
